3rd Young Professionals International Conference

Dear IIW Members,

We are delighted to announce that the 3^rd Young Professionals International Conference (YPIC 2026) will be held online on 5^th – 6^th February 2026.

This event welcomes young professionals, researchers, and students up to 35 years old to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and connect with peers in the fields of welding and related technologies.

All registered participants, whether presenting or attending as guests, will receive an official Certificate of Participation from IIW. In addition:

• Outstanding presentations will be invited to present at the IIW Annual Assembly and considered for the YPIC Award in July 2026.
• Award winners will receive support to attend the IIW Annual Assembly and International Conference in July 2026, Salzburg, Austria—an unparalleled opportunity to participate in the world’s largest welding and joining forum.

Poster awards will be decided by an expert panel, with recognition of the winners taking place at the Annual Assembly.

• Registration Deadline for Presenters: 28 November 2025 via the registration page here.
